Samplify Pro · Effective August 1, 2026

Samplify is made by Fugitive Labs, LLC, doing business as Samplify Pro (“we,” “us”). This policy says what information we collect, why, and what we do with it. We tried to write it so you can actually read it.

Questions at any point: support@samplifypro.com.

Two kinds of people use Samplify

Store teams. Owners and reps at the retail stores that subscribe to Samplify. You have an account with us.

Store customers. Shoppers whose name and phone number a store enters when a sample goes home. You don’t have an account with us, and your relationship is with the store, not with Samplify. The store decides what information to enter and how to use it; we process it on the store’s behalf. There’s a section below written for you.

What we collect

Account information. Name, email address, phone number, password (stored hashed, we never see it), and your role at the store.

Store business information. Store name, address, tax ID, and the products in your catalog.

Customer records entered by the store. A customer’s name and phone number, which samples went home with them, photos of sample labels, notes, and where each deal stands.

Messages. The text messages sent and received through your store’s Samplify number, so they show up in your store’s inbox.

Payment information. Handled by Stripe, our payment processor. Card numbers go to Stripe, not to our servers.

Usage and device information. Logs of sign-ins and actions in the app, plus basic device data, used to keep the service working and secure.

We don’t run ads, and we don’t sell anyone’s information. Ever.

How we use it

To run the service: create records from label photos, send and receive text messages, show the store its pipeline, bill subscriptions, answer support requests, and keep accounts secure. We also read label photos with an AI service to pull out the manufacturer, style, and SKU, which is what saves your reps the typing.

Text messages

Stores use Samplify to text their customers about samples those customers took home. The store collects the customer’s consent at checkout before messages start. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message and the texts stop immediately. They stay off unless you opt back in by replying START. Reply HELP for the business name and support contact. Messages go out between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. in the store’s local time.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run Samplify, and only what they need for their job:

ProviderJob
SupabaseDatabase, sign-in, and file storage
VercelHosting
TwilioSending and receiving text messages
StripeSubscription billing
AnthropicReading sample-label photos (the AI scan)
ResendSending email such as receipts and alerts
ExpoPush notifications to the mobile app

Each provider is bound by its own contractual limits on using the data. Beyond that list, we disclose information only if the law requires it, or as part of a sale or merger of the business (in which case this policy still applies to the data).

If you’re a store’s customer

A store you visited entered your name and phone number so Samplify could text you about the sample you took home. The store controls that record. To stop the texts, reply STOP — that works instantly and needs nobody’s permission. To see, correct, or delete what the store has entered about you, ask the store, or email us at support@samplifypro.com and we’ll take it to the store for you.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep data while the store’s account is active. Store team members can delete their own account in the app’s settings. When a store closes its account, we delete the store’s customer records after giving the store a chance to export them. You can also email support@samplifypro.com to ask us to delete data we hold about you, and we’ll do it unless the law requires us to keep it (tax records, for example).

Security

We encrypt data in transit and restrict access by role (a rep at one store can’t see another store’s data). Payment details never touch our servers. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your data, we’ll tell you.

Children

Samplify is a business tool. It isn’t directed to children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Where the service operates

Samplify is offered in the United States and data is stored on servers in the United States.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top. Big changes get an email to account holders.
