Include your store name and, if it's about a specific customer or message, the customer's phone number. That's the fastest route to a fix.

Texting questions: your customers can stop messages any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for contact info.

To delete your Samplify account and its data: open the app, go to Settings, and choose Delete account. No app access anymore? Email support@samplifypro.com from your account email and we delete it for you.
